House Cox of Saltpans is a noble house of landed knights from the riverlands. Ser Quincy Cox is the Knight of Saltpans.[1]
Recent Events
A Feast for Crows
When news reaches the Twins of the raid on Saltpans, Ser Arwood Frey, Ser Donnel Haigh, and Ser Harys Haigh take a small force to investigate. They find the town in ruins and Ser Quincy Cox locked within his castle.[2] He did not come out to help the smallfolk during the sack.[3]
At the Quiet Isle, Septon Meribald defends Quincy by saying that his sons and good-sons are dead or off fighting, his grandsons are still too young, and he has two daughters. He had nothing to face the outlaws with.[3]
