Western Essos and the location of Ar Noy
Ar Noy is a ruined city in Essos on the banks of the Qhoyne, near its confluence with the Darkwash.[1] To the northeast is Qohor and to the southwest, Dagger Lake.[2]
History
Ar Noy was a great city of the Rhoynar, famed for its green marble halls. It was likely destroyed following the Rhoynish Wars, however.[3]
The Free City of Qohor now rules the rivers north of Ar Noy, while river pirates are most common on the rivers between Ar Noy and the Sorrows.[4]
