Qalandarabad Rural District (Persian: دهستان قلندرآباد) is in Qalandarabad District of Fariman County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 10,243 in 2,338 households.[3] There were 10,334 inhabitants in 2,693 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 11,079 in 3,080 households. The largest of its 48 villages was Kateh Shamshir-e Sofla, with 3,112 people.[2]
