Pongwe, Tanga District
Pongwe is an administrative ward in Tanga District of Tanga Region in Tanzania. The ward covers an area of 77.5 km2 (29.9 sq mi),[1] and has an average elevation of 74 m (243 ft).[2] According to the 2012 census, the ward has a total population of 13,513.[3]
