Vaes Efe is a ruined Ghiscari city in Essos in the southeastern Dothraki sea.[1] It is located south of Vaes Dothrak and north of the Skahazadhan. Southwest of Vaes Efe are Vaes Mejhah and Krazaaj Has.[2] Its Dothraki language name means City of Shackles.[3]
