Ruling council of Astapor
The ruling council of Astapor was the organization installed by Daenerys Targaryen to rule Astapor after the fall of the city. It was composed by three men - a healer, a scholar and a priest. However, they are overthrown and executed by the former slave Cleon under the pretense that they sought to return the Good Masters to their positions of power.[1]
