Rubies and Iron

Rubies and Iron is written by Maester Naylin. The book is named for the tendency of the warrior women from Kayakayanaya, Samyriana and Bayasabhad to wear iron rings in their nipples, and rubies in their cheeks. Naylin speculates on the circumstances that have led to these customs.[1]
