Owen Fossoway was Lord of Cider Hall and the head of House Fossoway during the reigns of Viserys I and Aegon II Targaryen.[1]
History
During the civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons Owen was loyal to King Aegon II Targaryen and the greens, marching with Lord Ormund Hightower's army from the Reach. A member of the Caltrops, Owen was slain during the Second Battle of Tumbleton.[1]
