Oswell I Arryn was a King of Mountain and Vale from House Arryn.[1]
History
In the North, they tell the tale of the Rat Cook, who served an unknowing Andal king the flesh of his son, which had been baked into a pie.[2] Some say this king was Oswell I of House Arryn.[1]
