Lucifer Justman, known as Lucifer the Liar, claimed the title of river king or King of the Trident in the generations after the riverlands were conquered by the Storm King Arlan III Durrandon. Lucifer had a brief, inglorious reign before being put down by the power of Storm's End. His connection with the extinct Justman dynasty is unconfirmed.[1]
