Jommy was a man in service to House Baratheon at Storm's End.
History
When Lord Steffon Baratheon's ship, the Windproud, sank during a storm in Shipbreaker Bay, Jommy was one of the men sent to reclaim the corpses that washed up on the shore. He was the one who found Patchface and to his dying day, Jommy claimed that Patchface was dead when he found him. However, when Jommy grabbed his ankles, Patchface spat up water and sat up.[1]
