History of the Ironborn

History of the Ironborn is a book written by Haereg about the history of the ironborn people from the Iron Islands.[1] According to the book, there has not been a kingsmoot in four thousand years.[1] Only once has a kingsmoot decision been overturned.[2]

The book also has account on the great and tragic friendship between Lord Loron Greyjoy and Ser Desmond Mallister.[3]
