Grimtongue is one of the crew on Asha Greyjoy's ship Black Wind.
Recent Events
A Dance with Dragons
Along with the rest of Asha's supporters, Grimtongue sails to Deepwood Motte as she contemplates her next move. He is captured along with Asha, Tris Botley, and several other ironborn when the castle is taken by the army of Stannis Baratheon.[1]
Grimtongue is later freed and ransomed along with the other ironborn by Tycho Nestoris, who needs an escort to get him to Stannis whose army is marching on Winterfell.[2]
