Garth the Harelip was a captain of the City Watch of King's Landing during the civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons. He commanded the Dragon Gate.[1]
History
During the riots of King's landing, Ser Garth led his men against the rioters and managed to restore some semblance of order to the streets north and east of Rhaeny's Hill.[1]
