Ser Franklyn Frey was a knight of House Frey and the brother to Lord Frey during the reign of King Aerys I Targaryen. He was considered a good tourney fighter.[1]
History
Ser Franklyn participated in the tourney at Ashford Meadow.[2] During the Wedding tourney at Whitewalls, he defeated Ser Harbert Paege after five tilts. In his next joust at Whitewalls, Franklyn was defeated by John the Fiddler.[1]
