Elston Tully was Lord of Riverrun during the reign of Humfrey I Teague. When King Humfrey attempted to suppress the worship of the old gods, Lord Elston rose in rebellion along with Lord Roderick Blackwood. He did not survive to see the end of the rebellion and the extinction of House Teague.[1]
