Cissy is a pretty[1] lowborn woman[2] in service of House Waynwood. She is the mother of Alys Stone, the eldest bastard daughter of Ser Harrold Hardyng. As Cissy gained weight from her pregnancy, causing Harrold to lose interest in her, Lady Anya Waynwood arranged a marriage between Cissy and one of her men-at-arms.[1]
