A Dance with Dragons
When the ironborn surrender to Ramsay Bolton at the siege of Moat Cailin, one of the Codds tries to kiss Ramsay's ring in thanks. Alison takes a chunk out of his ear when he approaches. The man limps off still muttering thanks.[1]
