Charles Gray Blackwell
Charles Gray Blackwell (March 4, 1939 ā August 8, 2012) was an American politician. He served as a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives.[1]

Life and career
Blackwell was born in Ellisville, Mississippi.[2] He attended the University of Mississippi.[3]
Blackwell served in the Mississippi House of Representatives[4] during the 1960s. He was president of the Oxford Citizens Council.[5]
Blackwell died in August 2012,[6] at the age of 73.
