Bradley's Books

Bradley's Books, and Bradley's Books Outlet, was an American chain of wholesale book stores, primarily based in shopping malls, and outlet centers.

History

The company was started in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, in 1993. When one store was opened on Smithfield Street, in Pittsburgh. At its peak, the company had 25 stores, in Ohio, and Pennsylvania. But after declining brick and mortar sales, 27 years after they opened the first location, all stores were set to close. The company, citing the COVID-19 pandemic, as a deciding factor.[1] Stores closing included those at, Pittsburgh Mills, Nittany Mall, Southern Park Mall, and Grove City Outlets.[2] Although the in person locations were closing, the company announced they would keep the e-commerce portion of the business open, and still is today.
