Asemanabad District

Asemanabad District (Persian: بخش آسمان آباد) is a district (bakhsh) located in Chardavol County, Ilam Province, Iran. According to the 2006 census, the district had a population of 12,175, residing in 3,320 families. The district is home to one city, Asemanabad, and encompasses two rural districts, namely Asemanabad Rural District and Kolkol Rural District.[1][2]
