Rolfe the Dwarf is one of the crew on Asha Greyjoy's ship, Black Wind. He is a head taller than any other of the men in Asha's crew.

A Dance with Dragons
Rolfe, along with the rest of Asha's supporters, sails to Deepwood Motte as Asha contemplates her next move. Rolfe is beheaded in the woods as they flee from Deepwood Motte to the Bay of Ice.[1]
