Roggon Rustbeard is a member of the crew on Asha Greyjoy's ship Black Wind. He has a huge red beard.

A Dance with Dragons
Roggon sails to Deepwood Motte with Asha Greyjoy, along with the rest of her supporters, as she contemplates her next move after the Iron Islands Kingsmoot chose Euron Greyjoy. Roggon is captured along with Asha Greyjoy, Tristifer Botley, and several other Ironborn, when the castle is taken by the army of Stannis Baratheon.[1]
He is later freed and ransomed, along with the other ironborn, by Tycho Nestoris, who needs an escort to get to Stannis, whose army is marching on Winterfell.[2]
