Kyle is present when Lord Beric Dondarrion gives Sandor Clegane a trial by battle. Kyle takes part in the battle at the burning septry. He is killed during the battle when he attempts to loose an arrow at a Bloody Mummer, only to be impaled by a spear thrown from a man wearing black mail. Kyle is quickly avenged by Lem.[1]
